Your voting power will be determined by the percentage of the total supply of Fireteam Governance Token (FGT) you own in proportion to total supply.
These tokens can be earned by playing or staking. The total supply is increased variably after every proposal in order to redistribute voting power. Read the whitepaper for more information.
